The price of a video/commercial can vary widely. It all depends on what you want in the end, how long you are aiming the video to be, and how soon you want it delivered. If you have a price range in mind, we can help tailor the idea to fit your budget. The average price range for the videos we produce is between £5K - £25K. We offer a free quote, so there’s no risk if you’re just curious. After we’ve provided an initial quote we can offer suggestions to bring down the cost if it’s above your price range.
For all of our clients we don’t charge anything before the script is agreed on. Any meetings, concept work, and script writing is part of the free consultation that we offer. Once the script is complete we move on to green lighting the project. At which point we’ll ask for a 10% deposit payment, we then ask for a 70% production payment 14 days before the shoot, and the final payment after delivery.
We’re able to cover all aspects of the process. We love working on projects from the first concept up until the final edit. We have a trusted team of specialist artists that we frequently work with on our projects, including: VFX artists, music composers, sound designers, animators, graphic designers, and colour graders to name but a few.
This can vary widely based on the complexity of the video. For smaller projects with less requirements it may take around a month to go from script to the final edit. While larger projects could take anywhere from 2 months to a year. After we’ve heard your idea for the trailer we’ll be able to give you a rough timeline for the project.
This depends on your marketing strategy. We can tailor and optimise the video to fit whichever platform you aim to publish on. If planned ahead of time, we can ensure that we’ll be able to create multiple versions of your trailer, whether it’s for quick social media stories or localisation.
We work with complete confidentiality with all of our clients for however long you wish until you are ready to talk about your project - all of our best work is under NDA! We appreciate that a live action video game project might involve many partners and we will support all communications around the concept and filming process throughout with all stakeholders.
